Pro-Gbagbo cocoa body says exporters smuggling
ABIDJAN (Reuters) - Cocoa regulators who have remained loyal to Ivory Coast incumbent Laurent Gbagbo issued a statement accusing a number of foreign exporters of being involved in the smuggling of beans out of the country.
