80% Of The 2010-2011 Costa Rica Coffee Crop Has Been Sold
The Instituto del Café de Costa Rica (ICAFE) reports that more than 80% of the 2010-2011 coffee harvest ahs been sold. Given this, toasters announce shortages and higher prices. According to the chairman of the Cámara de Tostadores, the industry is alarmed by the latest ICAFE figures.
