ICE cocoa hits 32-year high on I.Coast concerns

  • LONDON (Reuters) - ICE cocoa prices hit a fresh 32-year high of $3,610 a tonne on Wednesday, following an extension to top producer Ivory Coast's export ban the previous session and further turmoil in the country. "Until now the trade has seemed reasonably relaxed but this doesn't look like being solved easily and uncertainty is what spooks markets," a UK-based analyst said.
